About me

I successfully treat pain in all parts of the body such as the arm, back, head, leg, neck and shoulder. Treating people of all ages and disciplines. Babies, children, pregnant women, students, manual workers, office workers, sports people and those enjoying retirement.

l take a highly personalised approach to treatment tailored to each patient using an array of manual therapies to relieve pain together with advice on lifestyle, posture and home based exercises to help patients stay out of pain.

Treatments include spinal manipulative therapy (adjustments), soft tissue work including trigger point therapy, massage and stretches, dry needling (acupuncture), kinesiology taping, cupping, cranial therapy and exercise prescription.

Gail Johnston gained a first class honours at one of Europe’s leading chiropractic schools, the Bournemouth based Anglo European College of Chiropractic. I am a firm believer in the importance of continuing professional development which I help organise for the Wessex region of the Royal College of Chiropractors.
