About me

Dr Mark Grixti, is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and integrative therapist working in Brighton & Hove (Sussex). He is a qualified and experienced in both child therapy and adult therapy. He is an accredited EMDR consultant (a treatment approach for post traumatic stress disorder) and Brainspotting practitioner.

Mark completed the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Surrey University, and is a Chartered member of The British Psychology Society and the Health Professions Council. In addition to his private practice, Mark has worked as a Psychologist in the National Health Service since 1997. He has psychotherapy experience across the age range from children and adolescents through to working age and older adults.

Mark is trained and experienced in a number of psychological approaches including; CBT, EMDR, Systems work, Psychodynamic, Family Therapy, and other adaptive models to trauma and psychological disturbance.
