About me
I have been practising for 20 years as a psychotherapist working mainly with young teenagers and young adults, although I do work with adults of all ages.
I work in a holistic manner taking into account all aspects of the clients life and challenges.
I can work with young people on the Autistic spectrum and those with some learning difficulties.
I have also recently added to my practice working with adults with chronic illness or pain that could have a stress element to it. I am currently qualifying with SIRPA to manage stress induced illnesses and injuries - if you are interested please enquire.
