About me
I am originally from India and received my paediatric training first in India, then in UK and finally in Melbourne, Australia before taking up consultant post at Brighton in 2002. I have special interests in paediatric endocrinology & diabetes, obesity and lipid disorders in children. I like teaching & education; approved examiner for MRCPCH exams; member of British Society of Paediatric Endocrinology & Diabetes.
I enjoy quiet, natural countryside and I have done trekking in Pembrokeshire coast, Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Snowdon Mountain and also in the HimaIayas in 2016. I wish to trek across the Grand Canyon and hope to spend a night at the Phantom Ranch!
