About me

I am a fully qualified BACP Accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, practising therapy exclusively on-line. I offer both short-term solution focussed counselling and longer-term ongoing psychotherapy. I have experience in working with depression, anxiety, sexuality, relationship issues, substance misuse and addiction, loss and bereavement, trauma, self-esteem and confidence, difficulties in the workplace, major life-changes, etc.

I offer a convenient, confidential and safe space in which you have the freedom to explore whatever is troubling you.

Talking about your feelings can seem daunting. However, even coming to the first session can bring great relief. I am professionally trained to facilitate your self-understanding and to help you uncover and discover your own resources. My aim is to help you find clarity and understanding and move towards implementing change, thereby creating a more balanced way forward in your life.
