About me

I am a Professor of Neurology, specialising in Parkinson’s disease and Movement Disorders. I jointly run the complex Parkinson’s disease service at Salford Royal as well as the Greater Manchester Movement Disorder service. I am Neurology lead on the Greater Manchester Deep Brain Stimulation programme and am an invited member of the World Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society treatment guidelines committee.

I also specialise in General Neurology including headaches, blackouts, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, neuropathy, dizziness and muscle weakness.
