Specialises in
- Short Term Psychodynamic Therapy
About me
I am a group and individual psychotherapist with over 30 years experience. I have additional training and expertise in ADD, mood disorders and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. My approach is a combination of Emotional Freedom Technique, Psychodynamic and Group Psychotherapy. I am undergoing further training in Psychedelic Integration Therapy. Groups are especially helpful for relationships - as when you are struggling, your mental health affects your relationships and much can be learned from sharing in a group. As a group psychotherapist, I can offer all my individual clients the opportunity to move from individual therapy into a group, if they wish to do so. Group therapy, although more challenging, enables us to heal our difficulties in relationships and build self confidence in all types of group, including work, social and family. There is a saying that if you can succeed in group therapy, you can succeed in life.
You are welcome to contact me for an initial call which is not charged. If we decided to proceed, I will then offer you an initial consultation to discuss what has brought you to seeking therapy and to find the best type of therapy to suit your needs. If I can't help, I will refer you to another BUPA colleague based at the therapy centre. Please read my profile below:
