About me
I qualified as a Mental Health Nurse in 1995 and have completed my MSc in CBT in 2002. I have applied my CBT skills in Liaison Psychiatry, Traumatic Stress Services, for three years as a lead of an IAPT service and now as lead of a service across SW England for military veterans.
I became an accredited CBT Therapist in 2008 and became an EMDR Consultant in 2017.
