About me

• Qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2004.
• Experienced in assessing and treating adults both within the NHS and private sector.
• Experienced in working with complex clinical presentations and adult diagnoses as well as milder clinical problems and psychological difficulties including stress, perfectionism, confidence and self-criticism, procrastination, and assertiveness.

Approach:
My therapeutic style is active and collaborative and individually tailored depending on need and preferences. I work in a creative and flexible way and can tailor my input in terms of frequency, length, and intensity of psychological therapy.
I am a reflective, enthusiastic and skilled practitioner utilising an integrative treatment approach. I provide evidence-based psychological assessment, formulation and treatment informed by various established models including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
