About me

Dr Rank trained at University College London and completed his MBBS in 1996. He then specialized in Psychiatry and became a Consultant Psychiatrist in 2006. He worked for the NHS in the community and then ran an inpatient ward. Dr Rank worked at Elysium Therapy Brighton (Elysium Health Care), where he had an established busy Private Practice. He is a co-founder of Flint Healthcare. He works weekdays with some evening clinics. Depending on patient presentation and preferences Dr Rank can refer patients to the hospital therapy team and can also arrange inpatient care if required.

In his spare time Dr Rank enjoys cycling on and off road and walking in the countryside with his dogs. He is interested in the links between physical and psychological well being.

Dr Rank specialises in: Depression; Anxiety disorders; Addictions; Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD); Bipolar disorder (previously manic depression).
