This encompasses all aspects of surgery and is based on the multidisciplinary approach to the surgical and non-surgical treatments of the shoulder and elbow. Patients needs, and the use of physiotherapy and interventional radiology techniques, are always considered before surgical solutions are discussed and utilised. All treatments are evidence based and reflect the exacting standards that Mr Falworth adheres to and reflect the standards of his NHS base, the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (Stanmore).
