About me

I have been working with both adults and young people for over twenty years providing both CBT and EMDR for a variety of difficulties. I have additional training and specialised expertise with eating disorders, OCD and Chronic Fatigue. I am a firm believer in early intervention where possible but at the same time have seen significant success in those who present for treatment for the first time throughout adulthood. I have a wide and varied toolkit and strive to ensure each client is treated as an individual designing and supporting packages of intervention based on that persons needs.
