About me

I am interested in all sports and sportspeople both professionals and armatures; all who suffer from similar injuries and complaints.
This interest has led me on to looking after all types of people who take part in athletics, boxing, snow sports, martial arts and physical performers.
Other interests also include the use of exercise, not only as a way of preventing disease but also as a treatment for chronic non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, cancer, coronary artery disease, and many others.
