About me

I am a consultant specialising in the management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions for both professional athletes and amateur enthusiasts. My clinical approach is defined by the belief that every patient, whether a martial artist, a physical performer, or a recreational runner, deserves the same high-standard, evidence-based care as an Olympian.

I hold a particular expertise in concussion management for teenagers and adults, providing clear pathways for a safe return to sport and education.

Beyond acute injury, I am a passionate advocate for Exercise Medicine. I utilise physical activity as a core clinical intervention, not only for disease prevention but as a primary treatment for chronic non-communicable diseases including diabetes, cancer, and coronary artery disease.
