About me
Mr. Mohamed Hammadeh is a Consultant Urological Surgeon working in several private hospitals in London. His special interests are in female urology and urinary incontinence management, male infertility, andrology, management of prostatic disease,erectile dysfunction and scrotal and foreskin problems . His postgraduate training in Urology in London was at Great Ormond Street Hospital, The Royal Free Hospital, Whipps Cross University Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital, Bart's and The Royal London Hospital.
He is a keen researcher and has a considerable number of publications in urology, especially in the field of minimally invasive treatment of prostatic hyperplasia, andrology and female recurrent UTI. He has an MSc degree in Urology from University College London. He also has an interest in Medical Education, and he obtained MSc from University College London in Medical Education.
Areas of interest
Management of female urinary stress incontinence including periurethral injection of bulking agents (e.g. Bulkamid) and urge urinary incontinence including bladder BOTOX injections and percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS) and management of female recurrent urinary tract infections including intravesical Hyaluronic acid injection and UTI vaccination. Management of painful bladder syndrome (interstitial cystitis).
Management of foreskin and testis problems in adult.
Prostate disease management and prostatitis. Management of male erectile dysfunction and infertility including vasectomy. Management of general urological conditions such as haematuria, male lower urinary tract symptoms, foreskin and testicular problems.
