About me
General radiologist working in London North West Healthcare University NHS Trust, with expertise and special interest in Gynaecology imaging (including Gynae MDT Lead), Chest Imaging, and Colorectal imaging. High levels of colleague and patient satisfaction (360 degree appraisal). Experienced CT/USS/MRI/plain film radiologist reporting over 8,000 exams per year in the NHS.
Enjoys Gynae Ultrasound scanning as a female consultant working closely with gynaecologists and informing patients. Appreciates working with women who may find trans-vaginal scanning particularly challenging (vaginismus) but are willing to try a gentle approach - very few don't manage to complete a scan. Has developed expertise in endometriosis imaging, works with endometriosis gynaecologists to achieve best care for women, many of whom have not been properly diagnosed prior to having an ultrasound scan.
