In working with those requiring cardiological treatment, Dr. Petzer cares for patients with the support of an experienced medical team at all his operating hospitals.
Using the latest technology in cardiac diagnoses and treatment, he is an accomplished high volume cardiac device surgeon, implanting the first Subcutaneous Cardiac Defibrillator in Kent and spearheading the first Syncope service in South East England. He is the main complex device surgeon in King’s College. Treats patients at the Specialised National POTS Clinic. Established the Internal Cardiac Defibrillator, Pacemaker, Resynchronising Services at Darent Valley and started the Cardiac Faints and Falls clinic at KIMS.
