About me
Mr Alexander-Sefre MB ChB, FRCS(Ed), MRCOG, MD is a fully accredited registered gynaecologist and specialist in gynaecological cancers. He has been trained in general surgery, gynaecology and cancer in London, Glasgow and Germany. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist in London. He is also fully accredited in performing pelvic ultrasound and management of smear abnormalities. He has made significant contributions to the academic development of his speciality and patient care service development.
Mr Alexander-Sefre has over 20 years experience in individualised and comprehensive management of cancer risk assessment of gynaecological cancers or precancer conditions. He also has wide interest in general women's health, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, vulval disorders and menopause.
Mr Alexander-Sefre lives with his wife Marina who is a general practitioner. They have a young daughter. He enjoys gardening, golf and history.
