About me
Dr Smith studied medicine at Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School and completed his training in anaesthesia and chronic pain in London. During this time he undertook a pain fellowship at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington. He has been a consultant since 2005 and is now the lead clinician for Pain Services at The Hillingdon Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He is a Fellow of the Faculty of Pain of the Royal College of Anaesthetists. He owns and runs an online pain education tool, which is accessed by pain consultants in the UK, Europe, USA and Australia.
