About us

At Physio7, we offer a personalised service. We take time to find out about you, your injuries, your lifestyle and your goals so that we can create a treatment plan just for you.

We take a 2 stage approach:
Stage 1 is to relieve your aches and pains, and to work on the major underlying problems. That might mean strengthening your weakest bits, loosening stiff and tight bits, improving the way you move, or tinkering with the way you train.
Stage 2 is a more in depth look at those underlying problems, to help prevent further injuries and allow you to perform at your best. After all, we don't want you to cope, we want you to thrive!

The Physio7 Physiotherapists are all Chartered and State Registered, meaning that they’ve all completed a degree in Physiotherapy (including 1000 hours of clinical practice) and that they are on the appropriate professional registers.
Our Physios are all passionate about the job, and are committed to staying in touch with the latest research so that our clients receive the best care available. In fact, we guarantee that for every 5 hours treating clients at one of the Physio7 clinics, our Physios spend at least one hour on professional development; that might involve attending courses, reading books and journals or meeting up with other physios to discuss the sort of injuries that affect you.
