About us

At Physio7, we help people overcome persistent pain and stay active long-term.

Our approach goes beyond quick fixes. We take the time to understand your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals then build a plan that targets both the pain and the root cause.

We work in two stages:

Stage 1: Relieve pain and address key dysfunctions such as joint stiffness, muscle imbalances, or poor movement control.

Stage 2: Build resilience and prevent future problems through tailored rehab, movement re-education and performance-based care.

All Physio7 clinicians are Chartered Physiotherapists and HCPC registered. We're committed to ongoing learning and best-practice care with every team member spending at least one hour on professional development for every five hours of clinical work.

If you're ready to move better, feel stronger, and stay pain-free we'd love to help.
