About me

I'm a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in the field of mental health with both adults and children (however, I'm not currently seeing children). I've lectured and worked with the top universities in London, run workshops for the British Psychological Society, personal development organisations, companies, the NHS and various other settings.
I've written 8 books with an emphasis on psychology, mind-body, and mindfulness. I have an App rated in the Top 20, published articles and been involved in highlighting the importance of seeing people as integrated individuals who are both mind and body and how the two interact.
