About me

I provide a private professional therapy practice offering dedicated treatment for all aspects of Mental Health. I offer a holistic, integrative and individualised treatment approach combining Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neurolinguistic Programming, Cognitive Energy Psychology (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).

Alongside running a private practice, I work for several EAP Providers and in GP Surgeries in West and North Belfast (Shankill Road & Falls Road). I specialise in treatment of all Anxiety Disorders such as Panic Disorder, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Phobias etc dual-diagnosis, Trauma/P.T.S.D., suicide postvention, and crisis management.

I also run workshops around Anxiety Disorders, Introduction to CBT/NLP/EFT. Training for stress, anxiety and depression. These workshops have proved highly popular and provide delegates with a powerful range of resources and tools, as well as learning to apply the therapies to everyday life situations. I am an energetic, dynamic, and extremely empathetic presenter and listener who brings passion and energy to his workshops.

I am on the Register of University of Ulster Therapeutic Supervisiors

I am Accredited with UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and I am the UKCP Northern Ireland Council Representative
and Accredited with the National Counselling Society.
