I have been a Consultant Rheumatologist since 1999 when I was first appointed at the Homerton University Hospital, London where I also practised as a General Internal Medicine Specialist. I moved to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital in 2009 and practised there until Dec 2020 in Rheumatology. I have experience in the full spectrum of Rheumatic Diseases.
Areas of interest
General Rheumatology, Musculo-skeletal disorders; special interest in SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus); Patients from age 16 and over; I perform joint and soft tissue injections.
I have taught and examined Undergraduate and Post-Graduates and have a Certificate in Medical Education from UCL and the RCP.
I have an interest in Social Anthropology.
