About me

Working with clients to help them overcome their difficulties and gain a better understanding of themselves is work I find fulfilling. There are many causes of the feelings which can result in our being low, depressed, anxious, or emotionally numb, to name but a few. Understanding the 'why' of such feelings can enable us to learn how to deal differently with them and therefore to have more choice and control over how we want to be.
