About me

Prof Rennie practices as a Clinical Radiologist using MRI, Ultrasound and Fluoroscopic guided procedures in the investigation of Musculoskeletal disorders.
Ultrasound and Xray guided injections are performed for joints, tendons nerves and bursae.
Spinal nerve root and epidural injections are performed using CT and fluoroscopic guided techniques.
Spinal pain, tumours and fractures are treated by minimally Intervention techniques such as Vertebroplasty and percutaneous RF Vertebral Tumour Ablation & Cementoplasty using highly specialised imaging methods in my NHS practice. Standardised outcome measures are maintained since the inception of the service in Leicester-2006.
Invited expert on NICE advisory boards, invited lecturer on many international skeletal radiology courses. Research interests with University of Loughborough- awarded Hon Professor in Clinical Musculoskeletal Radiology
