About me
Dr. Omar Aziz is an internationally recognized Consultant Dermatologist, who has worked within the NHS and the private sector for 35 years. Dr Aziz is fully accredited with the General Medical Council (3225833) and on the Specialist Register as a Consultant Dermatologist. Special interest in skin cancer, especially with a background in Oncology, hair loss and pigment disorders. Main interests are acne, mole checks and all inflammatory skin conditions that have a major impact on a patient's appearance. Dr Aziz has worked in Stockholm and all over the UK, as well as countries including Sweden and the Middle East.
Dr Aziz is an international fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is a member of the Swedish Association of Dermatologists, a member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine, the RSM - London and the British Association of Dermatologists. He is a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine and keeps his knowledge and practices updated by regularly attending National and International conferences.
Dr Aziz graduated from Mosel University Medical School in 1971. He has worked and trained in Guy's Hospital- London 1978-1980. He holds postgraduate diplomas in Dermatology, Medical Radiotherapy, Oncology and Palliative Medicine. He has carried out Cosmetic Dermatology procedures at the Harley Street Dermatology clinic and the SKN clinics. Doctor Aziz holds a diploma in Medical Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and NLP and uses these skills alongside other medical interventions to achieve higher success and better outcomes when treating difficult skin conditions, where the patient is treated as a whole and not just the skin problem itself.
