About me
I am the owner and lead clinician at the practice.
If you have a foot and ankle problem, or leg or knee pain due to your gait I can help you get back on your feet and back to what you enjoy best.
I can assess, diagnose and reduce the cause of your pain using exercise therapy, footwear advice, taping, insoles and foot orthoses and acupuncture. If needed I can refer you for X-rays, MRIs, ultrasounds and to other relevant specialists.
I have practices in Chelmsford, Manningtree and Wickford.
