About me
Judith has been a qualified psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, trainer and coach for over thirty years. Her clinical experience was gained in both the public (NHS, emergency services, prisons and probation) and private (corporate clients and Employee Assistance Programmes) sectors. Her expertise includes systemic therapy, life and management coaching, mediation, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, post trauma support and motivational interviewing. Her Master’s Degree researched cross disciplinary clinical supervision and her Doctorate in Psychotherapy focused on the provision of organisational post trauma support, following serious and critical incidents.
