About us
James qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1999 with a Master’s Degree from Glasgow Caledonian University having first completed a BSc (Hons) Biochemistry degree from Cardiff University. He worked within the University Hospital of Wales and quickly specialised in Musculoskeletal Medicine. His training continued at Frenchay Hospital, Bristol, Chelsea and Westminster and Queen Mary’s Hospital in London. James has been a team physiotherapist for the Welsh Women’s Hockey Association and worked within both hospital and community settings. He is specifically interested in the management & assessment of spinal problems and occupational health.
In 2016 James was awardeda Distinction from the University of Nottingham for a MSc in Workplace Health & Wellbeing; he has also holds a Diploma in Wellbeing & Stress Management.
