Mr Fakokunde is a Consultant Gynaecologist with interest in reproductive surgery, colposcopy amd pelvic pain.
His current NHS appointment is at North Middlesex University Hospital where he has been a Consultant since 2005. He runs a specialised fibroid service at North Middlesex Hospital and lead surgeon for fibroid surgery.

Mr Fakokunde is a member of the British Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy (BGSE), British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (BSCCP) and a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG)
