About me
I am a highly experienced Consultant Cardiologist and Consultant General Physician, with extensive expertise in both acute medical admissions and the management of chronic general internal medicine conditions, alongside a comprehensive cardiology practice.
He has gained vast experience in General Medicine and Cardiology through working in over 50 hospitals across the UK, managing complex acute medical presentations as well as long-term multisystem medical problems.

He subsequently retrained in the UK, completing higher specialist training at University Hospital of Wales, University Hospital of Birmingham, and University Hospital of North Staffordshire.
In his role as a Consultant General Physician, Dr Abraheem regularly covers acute unselected medical admissions, including patients with complex comorbidities, and provides expert care for a wide range of chronic general medical conditions. His broad medical background enables an integrated, holistic approach to patient care, particularly for patients with overlapping cardiovascular and general medical problems.
Dr Abraheem personally performs a wide range of diagnostic and interventional procedures, including tilt table testing, transthoracic echocardiography, transoesophageal echocardiography, stress echocardiography, permanent pacemaker implantation, and implantable loop recorder implantation.
