Thank you for visiting my BUPA Profile page.
I am a Consultant Orthopaedic & Spinal Surgeon based in North London and am available for consultation and treatment at a various Hospitals in the area.
After graduating from the Armed Forces’ Medical College in India, I underwent post-graduate training in both India & the UK, with Specialist Fellowship training in:
- Spinal Fellowship from Oswestry
- Hip and Knee Fellowship from Wrightington
My specialist interest is in Spinal Surgery and Hip/Knee Arthroplasty. With the increasing awareness that Hip and Spinal disorders can coexist and interact with each other, my Dual Fellowship training has been invaluable in enabling me to help this further subgroup of patients.
The range of treatments I offer reflects my NHS practice. I am also an Educational Supervisor to Orthopaedic Trainees.

I am also a keen Trauma surgeon and am strongly committed to teaching Trauma Management skills both to our local Trainees, and also Nationally as part of the AO faculty (www.aofoundation.org).

I have a special interest in the Ageing Spine and Hip-Spine Syndromes, and in managing these conditions with both surgical and non-surgical approaches.
