About me
Mr Sam Singh is a Consultant Foot and Ankle Surgeon in London with over 20 years' experience at consultant level, specialising exclusively in foot and ankle conditions. His clinical practice includes bunions, hammertoes, Achilles tendon disorders, ankle arthritis, sports injuries, plantar fasciitis, and Morton's neuroma.
He graduated from Cambridge University and completed his Orthopaedic Surgery training in London before undertaking advanced Foot and Ankle fellowship training in Boston, Massachusetts. He is the only British surgeon to have been awarded Harvard University's Foot and Ankle Surgery fellowship.
Mr Singh spent 17 years as Lead Foot and Ankle Surgeon at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, where he also founded and led a Foot and Ankle fellowship programme, training 15 consultant foot and ankle surgeons. His approach combines structured assessment, evidence-based decision-making, and careful follow-up.
He now practises fully in the independent sector, providing a high-volume, consultant-led foot and ankle service. Patients benefit from coordinated investigations, access to physiotherapy, and in-clinic treatments where appropriate.
