About me
I qualified from India in 1991 and underwent urology training in India, London and Belfast. I spent a year in Austria completing the endourology/Laparoscopy fellowship. I have been a consultant in Belfast from 2005 to 2012. I joined Arrowe Park Hospital in 2013. I have experience in treating all aspects of urological conditions. My special interest is in the diagnosis and treatment of urological cancers. I have been a programme director for Northern Ireland, training junior doctors and Lead surgeon for Northern Ireland Cancer Network. I am the Urological cancer lead for Cheshire and Merseyside cancer alliance. I am a Speciality Advisory committee (SAC) Liaison member, National lead for ST3 urology selection, ISCP, elogbook and FRCS urol examiner.
