About me
I am a Consultant Rheumatologist. I trained in Ireland and Canada. I worked as a Consultant in Toronto, Canada for several years before returning to work in the UK as a Consultant.
I became a Rheumatologist as I enjoy getting to know my patients and helping them over the course of their condition. I am involved in research having trained as a Clinical Epidemiologist in Canada to understand how diseases affect people with arthritis. My current area of research is predictors of response to biologic agents for scleritis and audit of virtual hydroxychloroquine screening clinic
