About me

I have worked both in the NHS and Private sector,I am now in full-time Private Practice and have been for 30 years.I have completed the Soma Therapy program and the Fascia manipulation level 1 and 2 courses which equips me to do full Biomechanical assessments and rehabilitation plans for most lower limb injuries.
I can treat various foot conditions, I specialise in Nail conditions such as fungal nails, Ingrowing toe nails, but every foot brings its own unique challenges and thats what I enjoy the most.
I enjoy active sports.
I play county badminton, got to the gym to keep fit, I play golf I was also a keen runner but dut to a back injury, I now tend to do a lot of walking and hiking.

I visit the Leprosy village in India ever year to do some volunteering in the bandaging unit.

I treat Children (0-11 years of age) ; Plantar fasciitis ; Biomechanics ; Sports injuries ; Orthotics ; Nail surgery ; Nail correction using arkadas procedure ; Verrucae treatments
using the clearanail and K laser systems.
Biomechanical assessments, Custom made insoles using the Sidas System.
Exercise and sports rehabilitation programs using the soma training principles,
Fascia Mobilisation using the Stecco method and Foot mobilisation therapy,
We use the Super Inductive system and Shockwave therapy and K laser treatmnet modalities.
