About us
Whitley Bay Clinic is a hub of specialist physiotherapists. Lisa Crowther is a Specialist Spinal Physiotherapist (ESP) with extended skills in manipulation (MSc). In addition to traditional physiotherapy techniques, Lisa has a diploma in injection therapy as well as offering acupuncture and pilates. The Clinic has a number of Specialist Physiotherapists each with over 15 years NHS experience and special interests in back pain, sports injury, upper limb (shoulder) rehab, lower limb (Knee and hip), Womens and Men's pelvic health and chronic pain.We also offer home visits and post surgical rehabilitation. Our support team includes personal trainers, sports massueurs and a counsellor with an interest in trauma.The clinic has direct links with the spinal surgical units of 2 local hospital Trusts and enjoys fantastic links with the orthopaedic and musculoskeletal teams therein.
