About me
Carol qualified as a physiotherapist from Sheffield Hallam University in 1995.
Since then she has worked extensively in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with valuable experience in sport, professional theatre/dance, police rehab. and both NHS and private sector physio services.
Having worked for most of her career in Sheffield, Carol has worked in many of your local GP surgeries and hospitals and was previously an upper limb specialist.
Carol has attended a variety of post-graduate training courses, passing the Society of Orthopedic Medicine membership exams and is also a full member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
Currently, when not at Chapeltown and a High Green Physiotherapy, Carol works as a First Contact Physiotherapy Practitioner for Primary Care Sheffield, a highly specialised role, assessing, triaging and advising patients at their GP practices in Sheffield as an alternative to a GP appointment.
