About me

I have over 30 years clinical experience within the musculoskeletal/ orthopaedic speciality. ActionPhysio Ltd provides a professional 1:1 comprehensive physiotherapy service.
A thorough assessment enables a tailor made treatment plan to be created that meets your individual needs and places you at the heart of your recovery.
Treatment begins at your first appointment and is supported by a home programme of exercises/ techniques to maximise your recovery. My treatment approach is based around recognised manual therapy techniques, use of rehabilitation equipment and 30 years of knowledge and education advice!

Having lead a Private physiotherapy department in a private Cardiff hospital for 7 years I have worked closely with orthopaedic surgeons and am able to offer pre and post-op physiotherapy for Orthopaedic operations eg. Total hip and knee replacements, arthroscopy and shoulder surgery etc.
ActionPhysio is based in a modern GP surgery and has easy access, spacious waiting areas, a lift and ample free parking.
Full Covid compliance with CSP ( professional body) Physio First and Government guidelines.

Maintenance programmes for lower limb pain or weakness can be created in a bespoke manner to maximise your independence.
A walking aid MOT can also be carried out to retain your safety and independence.
