About me

Welcome to Physio First

We are Chartered and Registered physiotherapists, with clinics in Prescot and Warrington. We are specialists in musculo-skeletal conditions, sports injuries and acupuncture.

What is Physiotherapy and how can it help?

Physiotherapy can help relieve your pain, allowing you to return to full function and do the things you want to do! Whether you’ve had an acute injury, through sport or an accident, or a long term, chronic problem, such as postural back pain or next pain, physio can help.

Here at Physio First we treat injury and disease by encouraging the body’s own natural healing mechanisms to optimise recovery.

Physiotherapy is the treatment of a wide range of conditions and injuries to the body through the use of various forms of mobilisation, massage, electrotherapy and exercise.
