Experienced clinician, I enjoy working with clients to maximise their whole body potential in the rehab journey ,returning confidence with their movement and building fitness as well as working on specific pain related or joint mobility issues.

Areas of interest are general musculoskeletal, I regularly attend updates in treating conditions such as shoulders ; spinal conditions;
Acupuncture for musculoskeletal problems
Currently studying JEMS movement based therapy which is fantastic for returning patients to activity and fitness in conjunction with rehab pilates
