About me
I have 37 years experience in physiotherapy practice, specialising in the fields of the musculoskeletal (MSK) and trauma. I have also had many years experience in the acute sports environment of prehabilitation, pitch cover and rehabilitation. Several of my clients have been successful medalists at both Common Wealth and Olympic games.
I work in a busy NHS trauma and orthopaedic unit, alongside 25 orthopaedic consultants and 6 spinal consultants, as well as running a private MSK practice.
Areas of interest
I have experience in the treatment of teenagers to silver surfers, in a variety of MSK conditions:
Sports injuries, neck and back pain, shoulder, hand, hip, knee and foot and ankle conditions.
I use a combination of manual treatments and exercises to restore normal movement, balance and function bespoke to each clients needs.
