About me

Jill has been lucky enough to gain experience throughout the UK both within the NHS as a Clinical Specialist & in Private practice.
She has special interests in the shoulder & elbow, back and neck pain ,post operative rehab including hip and knee replacements, Scar therapy,headaches, ante & post natal musculoskeletal problems, Acupuncture & Pilates.
Jill’s philosophy is simple:
 Find the problem & more importantly what the cause is.
 Aim to make a difference to patient’s symptoms in 3 weeks.
 Give patient knowledge to understand what the cause is & the tools to manage their condition in the long term.
In 2017, 2018, 2019 2020, 2021,2022 and 2023 Jill gained “Quality Assured Practitioner” and "Quality Assured Clinic "status from the University of Brighton & Physio First (The Trade Association for Physios in Private Practice) which is awarded for her Outcome measures meeting a National Criteria.
