About us

Amanda Newell studied at The Queen Elizabeth School of Physiotherapy, Birmingham and qualified in 1985 with an Honours award in clinical practice.

She is an Orthopaedic and Manipulative Physiotherapist with extensive experience in Musculoskeletal disorders, Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine, and Pain relief.

She has worked in both the NHS and private health care in England and Australia, has been Clinical Lead working for the Ministry of Defence in London, was Rehabilitation Manager at the Nuffield Hospital in Bournemouth and since 2003 has run her own private practice in Bournemouth where she is proud to offer excellent and affordable Physiotherapy, Acupuncture and Rehabilitation services.

Treatment plans are made considering you as an individual, your lifestyle and the goals you wish to achieve. Our ultimate aim is not only to get you back to fitness as quickly as possible, but to provide you with preventative strategies to stop the problem from returning in the future.
