About me
Qualified from Cardiff School of Physiotherapy in 1983.C.S.P. validated P.N.F. course 1988.McKenzie credentialled Physiotherapist since 1997. Physiofirst Quality Assured Practitioner -awarded January 2018. Personally I remain active in competitive sport - past winner of British and A.S.A. Masters swimming titles. Therefore I have a keen interest in treatment and rehabilitation of any sports injuries.
Areas of interest
Spinal pain and dysfunction; joint pain; sports injuries;soft tissue injuries, post surgery and post injury rehabilitation.
