About me

Very experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with experience from well renowned hospitals The Royal Free, Stoke Mandeville and The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford.
I’ve been on private practice for 14 years and attend courses and lectures regularly to keep me up to date.

Areas of interest

Musculoskeletal - Patients 5-95- Sports injuries-post operative rehabilitation - pre-operative assessment and strengthening - lumbar and cervical spine treatment- treatment of sciatica -advice and exercises for arthritis
Treatments will always include education. I discuss and agree treatment plans and exercises with all patients. I may also use taping, acupuncture, mobilisations and a variety of manual techniques.
