About me

I have been a Chartered Physiotherapist for 40 years. I graduated with an MSc in Health Ergonomics in 2004.
Have worked as a Private Practitioner for more than 30 years.
I enjoyed three years in the Middle East working as a lead Orthopaedic Physiotherapist.
I keep current with regular course attendance, I watch operations. A recent Webinar updated my knowledge on adapting Display screen regulations to laptop, hand held and android devices.

Specialise in risk assessments of the workplace; Treatment of neck and upper limb disorders from computer use; Low back pain; Acute sports injuries; post operative hip and knee replacement rehabilitation; review of biomechanical running issues; plantar fasciitis taping and rehabilitation; education of pelvic floor muscles; core muscle training; acute low back pain; sciatica.
Balance and gait re education in mature and elderly clients. Advice regarding safe bathing, aids and adaptations to house which may help maintain independence.
