About us

We are all senior physiotherapists who are experienced and have worked in both the NHS and the private sector. We are diagnostic, hands on physiotherapists, and always work one to one with our patients. We worked at the Olympics and are regional shoulder specialists. We lecture in Core Stability at Nottingham University.
We are research physios who look at how Nordic Walking helps patients with vascular problems.

We also have a Pilates specialist who works one to one with her patients.

Areas of interest

Three of us have a MSc in Sports Injuries. We have a particular interest in sports injuries, shoulder injuries, biomechanical assessment, running injuries, lower limb injuries, spinal problems, pre and post-operative physiotherapy.
