About us

Specialist Physiotherapists based in Kensington, since 2002, offering face to face and virtual consultations. Most of our physios are over 15 years qualified with experience in specialist fields of physiotherapy care.

Highly experienced in treating back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, foot and ankle pain and all other musculoskeletal problems, injuries or post operative rehabilitation.

Following a thorough initial assessment, our aim is to provide you with an individually tailored treatment plan to help relieve your pain, rehabilitate you and prevent the problem occurring in the future.

We also offer a range of unique and specialist Physiotherapy services, Clinical Pilates, Sports Massage and Soft tissue therapy, Scar tissue massage and Pregnancy massage, podiatry and acupuncture.

We work closely with many of the leading consultants, surgeons and GPs in London and pride ourselves on our commitment to patient care, which is evident by the number of recommendations we receive from our patients.

We also have specialist services not covered under BUPA UK which includes womens health care as well as vestibular and vertigo management.
