About us

We are an experienced team of Chartered and HCPC Physiotherapists who diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including specialist pelvic health Physiotherapy. Our aim is to relieve your pain, help you back to doing what you love and support your wellbeing.

We have a focus on rehabilitation back to sport and activity, manual therapy, Shockwave Therapy and acupuncture needling for pain relief. We manage common conditions such as sciatica, neck pain, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, knee injuries, Hip pain, arthritis and sports injuries to get you back to fitness

We have a specialist pelvic health Physiotherapist for ante or post natal pelvic pain, rectus abdominus diastasis or pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence and urgency. We also treat pregnancy related musculoskeletal pain such as back pain, sciatica, sacroiliac joint pain and SPD. We have Pilates instructors at the clinic who can incorporate Pilates based exercises as part of your rehabilitation.
